FML v1.3.2 Released

 

The 1.3.2 update has been released to all game worlds.   Major changes: Fix to Progression issues for Crossing, Set Piece Attributes and some Mental Attributes. Upgraded Match Engine to latest version MEv813   This update brings the FML match engine in line with that available for the first patch to FM’10 and is designed primarily around fixing the goal keeper errors and related issues. Happy Birthday Football Manager Live!

 

Wednesday the 4th of November marks the 1st Anniversary of the launch of Football Manager Live! We’ve decided to hold a party to celebrate the one year birthday and want everyone in every gameworld to attend! The idea will be that during the day and evening we’ll run a number of special competitions and also have a birthday quiz –  each gameworld will have some extra funds to give as prizes. Throughout the day and into the evening every gameworld will be running Quickplay competitions for senior and youth teams with some very good prize money at stake. FML v1.3.1 Hotfix Confirmed

 

In order to mop up a few of the unitended consequences of the 1.3 patch, Marc Duffy has announced that there will be a 1.3.1 patch for Football Manager Live coming very soon. This is not intended to be another major a revision. It will only fix some outstanding bugs, notably one which creates far too many coach reports for some players. With the 1.3 patch only a few days old, this is likely to be a very minor addition, but it is good to see SI reacting quickly to major bugs as they are reported. Football Manager 2010 Demo Release Confirmed

 

It’s the question everyone always asks as soon as SI confirm the new version – “when’s the demo coming out?” Well, the answer is usually two weeks before the official retail release date. And this year is no different. The FM10 demo is scheduled for 16th October 2009. Put the date in your diary! The ‘vanilla’ version of the demo (with the quickstarts for England and Scotland only and minimal graphics) will be available via Mirrorfootball.co.uk, the same home of Miles’ exclusive FM10 preview blogs. FML v1.3 Delayed One Week

 

Sports Interactive have announced a delay in the much anticipated update to Football Manager Live. According to the most recent developer diary blog post, game worlds should be receiving new code for version 1.3 on: Wednesday, October 7 Several reasons for the pushed back date were due to minor problems reported by the beta testing team in regards to coaching reports, player progression and wage demands. In addition, the FML development team is eagerly waiting for the final version of the new match engine to be delivered – the FM10 developers are still polishing it up for release into both products.
