Football Manager Live Future Developments Discussion Forum

Tuesday saw the opening of the new development forum on the Sports Interactive Community Forums. Open to all current subscribers of the game this new forum offers an opportunity for the developers of the game to discuss ideas about the future. In order to maintain a constructive line of discussion this new forum is slightly different to others on the Official Forums in that only members from SI or Sega will be able to open new topic threads, although all current subscribers will then be able to reply to those topics. With a different set of rules of use, this forum will be more strictly regulated than some in order to maintain it’s integrity as a constructive area…

The Future of FML (part 1)

Today saw the release of the first of two “blogs” about the future of football manager live, tomorrow will see the second. As the information contained in these offical statements is going to have a big impact on the game and how it is played i thought it worthwhile reproducing the entire articles here, as opposed to just a link. *Note: After the release of part 2 tomorrow the NDA signed by those who attended the FML Council will be void, and as such our own Gareth Millward will then be able to help fill in any blanks and express his own opinions about the future direction. Also next weeks Podcast with Jordan and Millie will feature an extensive interview with members…

State of Game Worlds Decision Delayed

This week Marc Duffy updated the State of the gameworlds thread to alert the forum faithful about a delay to the big announcement previously scheduled for this Monday. “We have an update for you all: Unfortunately we are going to have to delay Monday’s announcement about the future of Football Manager Live until later on in the week. The plans are all in place and the announcements have been written and we’ve even been hard at work on some of the new developments that you’ll read about. However, after coming back from a series of engagements this week, Miles has asked that we get some extra points of view on the announcements from other areas of the company…
