Do you plan on continuing your FML subscription ? This weeks monthly poll is all about the big annoucement, The Future of Football Manager Live Part 1 and Part 2 Nothing has ever had such a big reaction amongst the football manager live community before and in a way we can hope nothing ever will again. But even on this issue there are a lot of mixed views, so which camp are you in? Do you love this game enough to keep going even though your annoyed by the decisions made? Do you think this was the right move, the only way to save the game? Maybe your just glad the game is going to continue in some form, even though it means losing everything you have done to…
Now that the information is out there and people are considering all the ramifications of the two part announcement on the future of the game, I though it would be worth sharing the initial reactions of many of the people who provide content for gameworldone.com How closely do we reflect the community’s views? Mark Burton Having written a number of articles on how I thought the future of the game should go I was relieved more than anything to see Sports Interactive and Sega take the plunge and commit whole heartedly to the future of the game, even though it may cost them in the short term. I can certainly understand the frustration of many who have played for a…

There will be no change in terms of atmosphere to the match engine in 1.3. A couple of weeks ago in the first of the Match Engine Previews Part 1, I posted confirmation of the introduction of stadium atmosphere, along with a quote: “In 1.3 a full 25,000 seater stadium is better than 25,000 in say a 60,000 stadium. A full 25,000 seater stadium with hardcore will be better than a full 25,000 seater stadium with prawn sandwich munchers.” – Marc Duffy, Sports Interactive Amidst a lot of confusion, on several levels, the clarification of changes to the way atmosphere is calculated were misinterpreted as meaning it would be implemented into the match engine. That is…
