All the top guns are there for a reason, because they know how to work with the game, how to manage off the pitch aswell as on it. They know how to pick the right players, they know when they need to change something and why they don't, they feel the game.

I agree on you about the analyze game stuff… it is never going to lead anywhere. FML is a simple game and you need to be simple when playing, as soon as you get complicated and try to be smart (like you could be in FM maybe, but not againist real managers in a game like FML), you are bound to run into problems.
