Episode 29 – FML Time Machine Circa 2007/08

Alpha and beta tester and Cantona moderator Luis Lopez joins us in the studio to talk about the development of the game since before gameworld one. Having remembered to press the record button, Gareth also asks about the best stories from those alpha and beta gameworlds, and how the game has developed and is continuing to develop. And, as usual, there’s the blog of the week.

Topics of Discussion:
1.2.1 Hotfix released
The FML Time Machine
How has the game moved on?

Blog of the Week:
The Fernandez Blog @ thefernandezblog.blogspot.com/

great blog alpha sounds like it was a great laugh. i joined up in season 4 of gw5 which was fantatic, until some1 dropped the server:(
after that i think i was in gw14 where i had my favourite ever fml moment, i decided to leave fml for a couple of months to have a break before retial went live so i sold up my entire squad and bough emile heskey for 16mil which was twice the former record signing

  • very entertaining and interesting as always, great stories especially about Alpha and the process of game development, good job!

Nice to listen to Luis Lopes, I still remember fondly when my completely unknown GW2 forward Sheriff Suma stepped from the bench to score two goals against LocoLopes :D
